Big Bash Card
Supplies used are all Close to My Heart: The Party is On stamp set (hostess special), Art Philosophy cartridge, Artbooking cartridge, Cardstock (White Daisy, Pacifica), Green Glitter Paper, Ink (Pear and Ruby), and Sparkles Clear Assortment.
This is a great example of how you can make cards with the new Artbooking Cricut cartridge.  I used the photo mat on page 65 of the handbook to create a frame for this card.  It was very easy with the help of Cricut Craft Room (CCR).  I simply resized the mat to my card size (in this case 5.5 x 4.25).  I used layers for easy sizing of the added stars and to make sure the glitter stars fit well with the photo mat.
Tip: When I cut the frame in Pacifica it marked parts of the paper where the blade turns and the white core of the cardstock was showing through.  I flipped this over and used the backside (which looks nicer) on my cards.  Another option when cutting a more delicate image or using darker paper is to “flip” the image in CCR.  This will cut the image upside down on your mat and you can flip it over to the “clean” side when you use it on your project.
